Are the Bottles Safe and Reusable?
Our bottles are made of PC (polycarbonate) quality, which is durable, safe, and promotes recyclability. They are reusable, hygienic, and carefully maintained to ensure clean and safe use.
Why Do I Need to Return the Water Bottle?
The water bottles remain the property of Puricare and are designed for multiple reuses. Returning them allows us to:

Properly sanitise and inspect each bottle before refilling.

Uphold our hygiene and quality standards to ensure safe consumption.

Promote environmental sustainability by minimising single-use plastic waste.
What Happens If I Don’t Return a Water Bottle?
Every water bottle purchased MUST BE RETURNED. If a bottle is missing, a fee of $25 per bottle will be charged.
How Does the Refundable Deposit Work?
A refundable deposit of $50 will be collected. This deposit will be returned at the end of the purchase/contract.
Are There Additional Charges for No-Lift Access?
Yes. A separate surcharge applies for deliveries without lift access.
